I’m Ramiro Ramirez, Head Instructor here at Legacy Martial Arts.
As a martial arts instructor with extensive experience training kids, there is nothing better than seeing them grow firsthand.
But more important than the martial arts skills they learn… is the personal skills they develop and carry for life.
Because martial arts is so much more than just kicking and punching, and getting the next colorful belt.
It’s about developing confidence, discipline, character, focus and respect.
With every class we teach, your kids are growing in mind, body and character.
That’s because martial arts provides instant positive feedback. Through learning to focus on the core moves, they develop discipline and respect. They can instantly see and feel a difference, making them destined to build confidence, self-awareness and self-respect.
And of course it’s a ton of FUN!
That’s why I love teaching martial arts to kids in this community, and why I know your kids are going to LOVE training.
So please have a look below to find out exactly how your kids can benefit from our fun martial arts classes.
Thanks!
Mr Ramirez, and his team, at KOA Kenpo Karate have been great for our homeschool family. He is strategic, practical, fun and caring in his approach and application. He cares for the long term physical health of my kids setting them up to avoid injury. This is fun physical education, teaching not only skills but respect.
Whether you're just looking for a fun way to get your kids moving OR are serious about learning the art of karate, look no further, you'll find both right here!
This place is awesome. Mr Ramirez has a great talent for teaching the material with his own very effective twist on American Kenpo. Alot of schools are more about taking your money without showing you real self defence skills but I bet you feel more confident and more fit in a few sessions if you give this school a try
If you want to lose weight and/or learn how to defend yourself this is the place to go. These people know how to push you to be your best self in every aspect. They even allow me to bring my 3 year old while I’m working out. And if she acts up they’ll tell her something. Which is great, because half the time she isn’t listening to me. But now she’s learned a bit of respect because of them.
